Weigh in and equipment check : Saturday, 4 June, 2022: 8am-10am or 3pm-5pm.

8am-9am will be rack heights/equipment check with weigh-ins from 9am-10am.

Afternoon will be weigh-ins and equipment check.

If you choose the afternoon session, you will need to come early on Sunday to get rack heights.

NO SAME DAY WEIGH-INS.

Doors open: Sunday, 7am

Rules Briefing/Athletes Meeting: Sunday, 8:15am

Lifting begins: Sunday, 9am
